1.     Corporate Identity: MyEvents.om is owned and operated by Projects of Waleigha, a legal entity registered in the Sultanate of Oman. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the platform and its users (Organizers and Attendees).

2.     Nature of Service: MyEvents.om provides a technical intermediary platform enabling event organizers to promote events, sell tickets/products, and process payments. MyEvents acts strictly as a technology provider and not as an event organizer.

3.     Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the platform or registering for any event, you signify your full acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

4.     Obligations:

  • Organizers: Must ensure that all events and products comply with the laws and regulations of the country where the event is held. Organizers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the content provided.
  • Users: Must provide accurate information during registration and payment processes and are responsible for their account security.

5.     Payments & Refunds:

  • All transactions are processed in Omani Rials (OMR) or equivalent currencies.
  • Confirmation is sent via email on behalf of the Organizer.
  • In the event of cancellation or non-acceptance, refunds (minus administrative fees, if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6.     Limitation of Liability:

  • MyEvents is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed. Any claims regarding event execution must be directed at the Organizer.
  • The platform shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from event participation or product purchases.

7.     Intellectual Property: All platform content, logos, and software are the exclusive property of MyEvents.om. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8.     Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
