الشروط والأحكام للمشاركة في سباق ورد الجبل
أهلية المشاركة:
يجب أن يكون عمر المشارك 16عامًا أو أكثر في يوم السب
يجب أن يتمتع المشارك بلياقة بدنية مناسبة تؤهله للمشاركة في سباق جبلي
التسجيل والدفع:
التسجيل متاح فقط عبر المنصة الرسمية
رسوم التسجيل غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الدفع، إلا في حال إلغاء السباق من قبل المنظمين
لا يُسمح بنقل التسجيل أو تغيير الفئة بعد إغلاق التسجيل
السلامة والمسؤولية :
يشارك المتسابق على مسؤوليته الشخصية ويتحمل أي إصابات أو حوادث
يجب الالتزام الكامل بتعليمات المنظمين والمسعفين
يوصى بإجراء فحص طبي حديث قبل المشاركة
المعدات الإلزامية:
(يشترط حمل معدات السلامة التي تحددها اللجنة (ماء، تغذية، هاتف
عدم الالتزام بالمعدات قد يؤدي إلى الاستبعاد
الجوائز والتكريم:
يحصل كل من يُكمل السباق على ميدالية إنهاء
تُمنح الجوائز للمراكز الخمسه الأولى للجنسين
للجنة المنظمة الحق في تعديل أو دمج الفئات وفق عدد المشاركين
التوثيق الإعلامي:
بالمشاركة في السباق، يوافق المتسابق على استخدام صوره/فيديوهاته لأغراض التسويق والتوثيق
أحوال الطقس والتعديلات
للجنة المنظمة الحق في تعديل المسار أو توقيت السباق أو إلغائه لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو الأحوال الجوية
في حال الإلغاء لأسباب قاهرة، لا تُسترد رسوم التسجيل
1. Eligibility
• Participants must be 16 years or older on race day.
• Participants should be in adequate physical condition for a mountain trail race.
2. Registration & Payment:
• Registration is only available through the official platform.
• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of race cancellation by the organizers.
• Transfers or category changes are not allowed after registration closes.
3. Safety & Responsibility:
• Participation is at the runner’s own risk.
• All participants must follow the instructions of the organizers and medical staff.
• A recent medical check-up is strongly recommended.
4. Mandatory Gear:
• Participants must carry all mandatory safety gear as defined by the organizers (e.g., headlamp, whistle, water, phone).
• Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
5. Awards & Recognition:
• All finishers will receive a finisher’s medal.
• Prizes will be awarded to top finishers in designated categories.
• Organizers reserve the right to merge or adjust categories based on participant numbers.
6. Media Consent:
• By participating, runners consent to the use of their photos and videos for promotional and documentation purposes.
7. Weather & Modifications:
• Organizers may adjust the course, timing, or cancel the race for safety or weather-related reasons.
• In force majeure cases, registration fees will not be refunded
